Yes, professional installation is available for an additional fee on select items like dishwashers, ranges, and laundry units. You can add this service directly to your cart during checkout.
What is the warranty policy on Rally Appliances products?
All our products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor for up to 5 years.
What should I do if my appliance arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any damage, refuse the shipment or document it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer support within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I return an appliance if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer haul-away services for old appliances?
