At Rally Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home upgrades. If your appliance isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the appliance is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging with all included manuals, accessories, and hardware.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label at any authorized drop-off point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
